

What is Account Personalisation?
A new feature made available to all registered www.eonbank.com.my Personal Internet Banking users to allow easier association of the bank accounts/products and the flexibility to personalise your accounts when accessing the Personal Internet Banking.
You may choose to rename products that you have with us such as Current/Savings Account, Fixed Deposits, Credit Card, Mortgages etc.
How do I use this service?
You need to have an account with EON Bank, register as a Personal Internet Banking user and login to it.
Once you have successfully logged in, click on

| Select > Account Personalisation |
| Choose from “Select Account” dropdown list for the accounts that you would like to personalise |
| Enter the account’s name into the “Account Label Description” text field |
| Click on Submit to complete the process |
Where can I check for the account’s name?
The account’s name will be shown in the “My Profile” features under the dropdown list of the “Account Personalisation”. Alternatively, you may also view the current Account Names in the Account Summary page.
What is the maximum length for the account’s name?
You may input the description label up to a maximum of 40 alphanumeric characters.
What is Colour Theme Personalisation? This is a new free feature that allows all registered EON Bank Personal Internet Banking users to personalise their colour theme when accessing their Personal Internet Banking account.
How do I change the colour theme? Once logged in to your EON Banking Personal Internet Banking, 5 different colours will be introduced on the right top hand corner of the page. Click on the coloured button that you preferred and the colour theme for the page will automatically changed.
How long is it effective? Colour change is effective throughout the entire session and every login until it is changed.
