
What is Prepaid Service?
This is a feature that enables Personal Internet Banking users to reload mobile prepaid airtime and is applicable for mobile prepaid subscribers only.
This service is extended to DiGi, Happy, Hotlink, Tune Talk, U Mobile, and Xpax mobile prepaid users with an active mobile phone number which is able to receive SMS. No special settings or upgrades is required.
How can I use this feature?
All you need is a valid savings/current account with an ATM/Combi Card or a Credit Card holder and register as Personal Internet Banking users. Get a T-PIN here to register for Personal Internet Banking.
How do I pay the reload airtime?
We will credit the amount of the reload airtime from the account that you wish to pay from. You can choose to pay either from your Currents/Savings account or even from your Credit Card.
How do I reload my airtime?
Once you have login to Personal Internet Banking, kindly follow the steps as listed below:

Upon completion, you will see an on-screen acknowledgement. Then, you will
receive an SMS from your mobile telecommunications provider.
Do I need to re-enter the TAC every time I reload my airtime?
No, it is required for the first time only for every new number you intend to reload. Subsequently, we make it convenient for you to reload for the same mobile number with ease.

You may perform up to an accumulated transaction limit of RM500 per day.
Currently, Hotlink reloads are only available for ATM/Combi Card holders.
How do I change the reload value or the account to debit from?
Just click on the mobile number in the Prepaid Reload screen and the options will be made available to make the necessary changes.
Can I change the mobile number to be reloaded?
Yes. You can remove your previous mobile number and update the new mobile number. Alternatively, you can just add the new mobile number to be reloaded into the favorite list. A TAC will be required to complete your request.
What if I have selected a wrong product or entered a wrong mobile number?
The amount will be debited from your account once the transaction has been confirmed and approved. Unfortunately, the charges cannot be reversed.
I have not received my airtime but the amount has deducted from my account. What should I do?
