What is Mobile Prepaid Reload Service?
This is a feature that enables an EON Bank account holder to reload mobile prepaid airtime and is applicable for mobile prepaid subscribers only.

This service is extended to U Mobile, Happy, DiGi, Xpax and Hotlink mobile prepaid users with an active mobile phone number which is able to receive SMS. No special settings or upgrades are required.

How can I use this feature?
All you need is a valid Savings/Current account with an ATM card and with an active Personal Internet Banking access. If you have not registered as a user, please click here.

How do I reload my airtime?
Once you have logged into www.eonbank.com.my, kindly follow the steps as listed below.

Step 1 Select Prepaid Services
Step 2 Select Reload Prepaid
Step 3 Enter the Debit Account and Mobile No.
Step 4 Select your preferred airtime value
Step 5 Click on Reload
Final Step   

Enter the TAC and Confirm


Upon completion, you will see an on-screen acknowledgement. Then, you will receive an SMS from your mobile telecommunications provider.

Do I need to re-enter the TAC every time I reload my airtime?
No, it is required for the first time only for every new number you intend to reload. Subsequently, we make it convenient for you to reload for the same mobile number with ease.

You may perform up to an accumulated transaction limit of RM500 per day.

How do I change the reload value or the account to debit from?
Just click on the mobile number in the Prepaid Reload screen and the options will be made available to make the necessary changes.

Can I change the mobile number?
Yes, you may. A TAC will be required to complete your request.

What if I have selected a wrong product or entered a wrong mobile number?
The amount will be debited from your account once the transaction has been confirmed and approved. Unfortunately, the charges cannot be reversed.
