CORPORATE FINANCE
The core function of the Corporate Finance team is to provide effective
financial advisory services and structuring expertise for corporate
transactions and equity and debt capital market deals. The Corporate
Finance team undertakes execution of all mandates pertaining to the
capital markets. |
EQUITY CAPITAL MARKETS
The Equity Capital Markets team assists companies in accessing the
equity capital market for their financing needs. The team builds relationship
with fund managers and institutional investors and facilitates the
origination, structuring, underwriting and distribution of equity. |
DEBT CAPITAL MARKETS
The Debt Capital Markets team's core function is to provide effective
advisory and structuring expertise for debt capital markets deals. The
Debt Capital Markets team undertakes execution of all Mandates pertaining
to debt capital markets and loan syndication. |
SECURITIES BUSINESS DIVISION
The Securities Business of MIMB Investment Bank Berhad was transferred
from EONCAP Securities Sdn Bhd on 30 December 2006 in order to transform
MIMB into an Investment Bank as approved by Bank Negara Malaysia and
Securities Commission.
